    Discover

    We work out the actual problem, which is rarely the feature list you arrived with. This is the cheapest stage to change your mind, so we spend real time here.

    Design

    We map the system — data, states, edge cases — before writing code. Most expensive rewrites trace back to a structural decision nobody made deliberately.

    Build

    We ship in working increments you can open and use. No six-month black box, and no launch day that is the first time anyone sees it.

    Launch & Support

    Deployed, monitored and maintained after go-live. Launch is when a system starts telling you what it actually needs, and we are still there when it does.
